Postpartum Planning Workshop

What to expect from a Postpartum Planning Workshop

Over the past six years, I’ve gathered knowledge and experience on motherhood, postpartum care, matrescence, and self-development. I’ve brought everything I’ve learned together into this workshop, paired with my Postpartum Planning Worksheets, to support you as you begin your own journey into the world of motherhood and all that comes with it.

You can expect gentle guidance, reflection, and practical information on what truly matters in the early weeks after birth; nourishment, rest, boundaries, feeding, support systems, and the deeper layers that shape your experience, like family values, beliefs, and self-worth.

This isn’t about being told what to do. It’s an opportunity to pause, breathe, and reflect on what you want your postpartum journey to look like, so you can step into it feeling more prepared, supported, and confident.

How it works

Who can join
  • You’re pregnant and want to feel prepared beyond the birth.

  • You’ve had a baby before and want things to feel different this time.

  • You’ve had your baby, but you’re craving a sense of calm, clarity, and support.

The workshop takes place online, so you can join from the comfort of your own home; wrapped in blankets, tea in hand, surrounded by whatever makes you feel at ease.  It’s a gentle, safe space created just for you.  I’d also suggest bringing along a notebook and pen, so you can capture reflections and ideas as they arise.
